1. Digital Products – No Physical Return

DevDrafts sells digital products only, including:

• Online courses
• AutoCAD / DWG files
• Estimation Excel sheets

Since these products are delivered digitally, returns are not possible once the product is accessed or downloaded.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds will be considered only under the following conditions:

• The product was not delivered after successful payment
• There is a technical issue that prevents access or download and cannot be resolved by our support team

Refund requests must be raised within 3 days of purchase.

3. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be provided in the following situations:

• Change of mind after purchase
• Lack of technical knowledge to use the product
• Incompatibility with user’s software or device
• Partial use or download of the product
• Failure to read product description before purchase

4. Course Access Policy

• Course access is provided after successful payment
• Sharing login credentials is strictly prohibited
• Access may be suspended if misuse or policy violation is detected
• No refund will be issued for access suspension due to policy violation

5. Refund Process

If your refund request is approved:

• The refund will be processed to the original payment method
• Processing time may take 5–7 business days, depending on the payment provider
